Oxtellar XR extended-release tablets is an anticonvulsant. It works by slowing abnormal nerve impulses in the brain.

Important safety information:

Oxtellar XR extended-release tablets may cause drowsiness, dizziness, changes in vision, or difficulty with coordination. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Oxtellar XR extended-release tablets with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
